NotarySpan does not prepare legal documents, select a notarial certificate, interpret document language, or advise a signer about legal rights. Those questions go back to the attorney, title company, lender, document recipient, or other authorized party.

Nationwide coordination does not mean that one notary, one platform, or one procedure works everywhere. It means the request can be evaluated against the signer location, requested timing, document category, service method, receiving-party rules, and the qualifications needed for that specific assignment.

Access to a large nationwide sourcing network expands the search for each eligible order. It does not make every listed professional an automatic fit. Commission status, assignment-specific credentials and experience, current availability, and the client's written requirements are confirmed before placement.
